Mine measures 21 11/16 inches or 550.86 mm. I just ordered a new one and it is black. I have never seen a black aluminum tail boom for the ECO before. The hundreds that I have ordered before have been silver.

Simages could be right. I used a tape measure and gave it the one-eye. With the ECO you have a little room to play since there is about 3/4 inch between the forward tail boom clamp and the tail drive gear. Somewhere between 21.5" and 21.75" would work.
