Stolen? Missing Helis or Equip > False alarm. I'm good!!!

I don't know what to think but this guy suddenly got really hard to find.
I bought something out of him and made the mistake to tell him that I wasn't in a big hurry to get the item (this was almost a month ago) and now I'm starting to suspect that I'll never will...
I paid for it right away and he kept in touch for a couple of weeks but then he start putting excuses why he didn't ship yet and as to the last mail he sent me (funny enough just a couple of hours after I called the 2 homes with the same last name listed in his location and they claimed not knowing him even though it's a very small town).
He said on the email that he'll ship next Friday at the latest (for the second time around) that was Thursday night and I reply that I need a tracking number but since then no more replies.
He claims that he cannot get on the forums at work and he hasn't internet connected at home, but I'm getting tired of this.
I'll refrain from posting his name for a couple of more days just to see if he makes it good.
Any advice as what is the best way to deal with this?
Thanks,

He got on somehow, and he's got your money. You might as well bring this out in the open, that will probably light a fire under his a$$.

I will, no doubts as soon as I know for sure his intentions are not good.
I'm kind of a nice guy and if I flame somebody by mistake I'll never forgive myself, but that is the same behavior that gets me screwed.
I'm trying to locate him for a couple of more days and then I'll post all the PM's and email I have saved.
Unless somebody with experience in this field advise otherwise.

I'm too nice as well, but a month?? Keep in mind that;

Excuses "ONLY" satisfy those who make them....

Some folks just have very low standards and don't care much for others either.

Like Invrted1 said start striking matches!!!

Sounds like he is legit, just dragging his feet because he is busy with the move.

I'll be in Miami the first few days in March, so whenever you have a chance to ship the xxxx just to make sure is there by the time I'm there too

If it is not there by then, thats when I would start to worry.

Invvter1,
Thanks for the encouraging words. It always helps to have others point of view, especially when I get all paranoid. Time seems to be endless when the expected news don't arrive.
Ok, I'll try to calm down, and see what happens...

Well, I called the number he gave and YES! it was his, he gave a tracking # which I checked too. So I'm good.
I feel bad now, I apologized to him and he understood, even though I didn't do any bad to him (I got moral hangover)
Well, now it's about waiting for it to arrive.
Something good came out of all these...
I'll never again would say "I'm in no rush"
