QuickWorldWide Ep and Wet Fuel Helis > Converting to QWW

Ive made a decision to switch from what i was flying JRs to QWW machines. After reading all the garbage on here about how there junk and no one seems to be able to deal with Irwin and such. Im tired of hearing it. And now im gona put my money where my mouth is.
Since i can switch over for so cheep as i can pick up these things off of you guys for next to nothing i can move from my older machines (Jr Venture 50 and an Ergo 60) into probably a Quick 50 pro and maybe a gasser)for almost an even trade. oh yea the LHS has a half built 18 that i must have.
Im going to give an honest unbiased opinion of the machines, problems i have or lack there of. And you can all place your bets now if you think after a few months I will be ready to quit on them.

I second that....wellcome to the "Dark Side"......

I don't care what anyone says...my helis built fine, fly fine, and hold up better than others that I have had. I don't have ANY reason to lie on the forum because.......I do have a life....

Who cares, really, I just do not understand why you feel the need to self-create all the drama. If you don't like people bad mouthing what you fly, don't invite that type of negativity with comments like the above quoted. Here's a tip, try posting on the heli itself instead of the people that dislike it for whatever reasons.

And your reason for posting in the QWW thread. You've never posted here before, but you post now to slap someone's hand

But......isn't that what you are doing now?

I think I am entitled to post where I feel I'd like to!

Out of all the posts above, xcell1 was the only positive post, food for thought

PS: what qualifies somone to be 'allowed' to post in a forum?

also, I wasn't trying to slap anyones hand, just politely trying to help you see that the negativity doesn't help anyone or anything, especially Irwin and his business. Promoting a products high-points, and constructively criticizing its weaknesses does though.

what?!?!

Common, you haven't posted a single comment about the guys heli. Just about the contraversy that surrounds QWW helis.

PS: I have owned a QWW heli before, and I didn't bash it or its manufacturer, just mearly pointed out a fact that 'some' of you would rather chit chat about its reputation rather than its performance!

Have fun bitching!

The guy in this post doesn't have a Quick yet. How can I post about the guys heli, if he doesn't have it yet? When he gets one, then I can comment on it.

The only person that seems to be doing any "bitching" about anything or "stirring the pot" in this thread is you S76.

what is why? you would think with you being such a strong supporter of your lhs (as your signature states) that you would shoot over to hobbyhut and see what they have to offer heli flyers, last I checked there weren't any Quicks , so you might have to make the trek out to Coopersburg anyhow

S76mech you are the reason im switching. NO HOBBYHUT is NOT my LHS, I have flown, and set up a few quicks and never had a problem.
If you dont have anything positive to add, and just want to stir the pot, which you accused us of doing, why dont you move on.

Why am I the reason, because Im tired of all the quick supporters crying about not getting any love from the heli community? Thats a great reason to switch what your flying! I like that, hmmmm all the people that have had issues with those helis must have been making it up! So on that account, you decide to switch. Hey, do what you want, but 4 Pete's sake, STOP YOUR WHINING!

Waaa, nobody likes quick helis, Waaaa mine fly great I don't know what everyone else is talking about, Waaaaa.

Bottom line, you obviously don't know better and you are making a niave choice based in nothing relevant to quality helicopters. I'm glad your happy with what you have chosen to fly. But stop your freaking whining (Shuttlepilot) and grow the hell up. Hell, your older than I am!

PS: Last I checked, Audobon is definatey closer to Coatesville then Coopersburg

PSS: Don't PM Snob me like some little bitch, post your opinions here on this thread like a man...

Tell you what, I will stop posting here, if Shuttlepilot quits whining, deal?

#1 S76 if your tired of the whining then why come here?
#2 You have no idea of my experence level so you also have no room
to speak on what i am basing my decision on. Yea im switching
because you dont like them and thats it. Come on your a joke.
#3 Audobon may be closer to coatesville then QWW, buts lets see
West Chester is even closer and theres a hobby shop there.
frazer is closer and theres a hobby shop there, hell Mussers is
almost the same distance as Hobby Hut. So there is item 2 that
you have absolutly no idea what your talking about.
#4 If you feel you can come here and play your childish games then i
should be able to voice my opinion to you directly in PM.
#5 Id rather hear what Shuttle has to say then your childish babble.

Like a told you no one here cares what you have to say unless its positive. MOVE ON. You say we cry about stuff, goto JR they are crying that the vibe 50 hasnt come out, how about goto e-flight they are crying that a cppro is too unstable, T-rex cuz they have
problems with 2.4 ghz brownouts, a san deigo club cant fly lipos cuz their an inherent fire hazard, Hell you could goto beginners corner their all whining that they cant get their helis to fly right. Im sure you could spend ALLLLLL DAY there.

IM sure i speak for everyone MOVE ON!!!!!

S76, I don't recall anyone asking your opinion about NOTHING. Yet you continue to offer it to do what.......continue the drama. What is worse, someone who has been posting in the QWW forum for YEARS now, or someone like yourself who just has to come in and offer unwanted opinions and conjecture. You have never posted in this forum until now, and the only reason you posted was to start more negativity.

You can call it whining if you want. I call it stating the facts. Apparently you can't make yourself feel good outside of the internet, so you have to get on here and pump yourself up by putting others down......good move, shows your maturity.

How bout this idea......If you don't like what is in this forum....DON't READ IT!!!!.....and don't comment. Like snobdrs said, MOVE ON!!!! Or maybe I should say GROW UP AND MOVE ON.

Hi:

I have this experience (Xcell CF gasser and QWW Dominator) and can share with anyone, just PM me. I don't want that RR and QWW closed this posting. Also you should post this question in the GASSER forum area.
