What’s with this,,, you don’t listen,, why send my heli back because the motors have came apart and the ESC's have failed by 15 or 20 times of hovering,,,, du,, and with a new heli kit he made me buy new ones... get new with no warranty,,, the heli itself is a good piece but the ESC'S and the motors have been a PAIN... they told me that they don’t have a problem with that...
Yea I my going to complain because they shi---- me I spent over 1800 .00 in one month with him.. On my invoice he sold me a castle ESC but what I have is far from castle,,, I think that is wrong.. And he told me him self that he's not good with the people.
most motors and esc's have a one year warranty,,, those did not... if you want to shut me up then make right the wrong,,, and if you do i will apologize for all to see....

If you still have the mechanics I will send a set of FLY OR SUPERFLY
new frames & required CNC part FREE. Do you still have the 6S flat packs for the EP8.
I will also send you a free new motor & pinion.

I only ask you build it & post the pictures ON the forum. Step by step...Then we all want to see a demo with your buddies down in Fla.

If you agree we can set the parts out tomorrow. I will even supply you with some crash parts as well.

Honestly Alvie we treated you in the past the same way we are treating you now. We just make helicopters for living & love our jobs. If we can not make your machine fly perfectly then we are not doing our jobs. We always tried to help you.

Yes Sir,, I have everything,, but I had my batterys changed to fat packs to fit the t-rex and had to use the rx and servos as well. I am very willing to work with you in every way. thank you Alvie,,,see ya in the air

Please take an inventory of the all the bearings & parts so they are in 100% working condition. Please let me know if you need any parts to be replaced or fixed.

Please post a picture of all the parts laid out. In order to re-build you will need 3 servo & gyro/servo. Motor I will supply...

The servo'S need to be installed as part of the first building steps. Please PM me so I can help you our with the servos.

SHUTTLE PILOT will work with you on the build, since he has a FLY with many flights already.

Taken care of

We were contacted by an employee of the customer with the issues that existed with the heli. Although part of it seemed a little strange, we sent out replacement parts free of charge. They should have them by now. As far as I know of everything has been taken care of.

oh boy i had the same problem with my sweet ten and there electronics.heli blew apart in mid air.i also spent thosands.never offered free parts slight discount only .i almost bought another one from them.but no.

How exactly did the heli "blow apart" I've actually see other brands of heli do this, but it usually was the result of a particular part faiuer. I lost a pitch link on a shuttle zx one day and it "blew apart" in the air, but by no means does that mean that it is a bad heli. I also watched a MA 60pro2k "blow apart" in midflight one day....so it seems you sweet 10 is in good company.

I don't think that offering someone free parts to make them happy should turn you sour on QWW. At least you were offered a discount. Have you tried calling up any other heli manufacturer and asking for a discount? The Quick gas helis are selling for less now than what I paid for mine.....should I get on here and complain because of that?

dont get the wrong idea,i like irwin and there helis are nice,but way to many problems.i spent a very lot and barely got to fly heli.my opinion only is that i shoulget a new kit.alot of the problem was there experimental motors they gave me ,esc and there old batteries that caught fire,along story again iam not bad mouthing there product or irwin .i just wont spend any more money with them.

Ive blown a Rap SE apart in midair, due to a boomstrike entering a piroflip, no biggie.

I dont understand, I have been using my dominator for practice, still going strong after about 42 flights, just damper replacements, LOL, I dont understand. This thread was about the 69, wtf brought up the electrics?

And people wonder why the QWW forums blow.

Used Parts?

Although we sent out replacement parts, we have no confirmation as to the defect of any part. We have been waiting about a month for the "defective" parts to come back. There is a easily explainable reason why the tail transmission shaft ended up bent, but I am not here to get in an arguement. However I am sure there were no used parts in your friends kit, we just don't do things that way. I won't squabble about if there has been problems with packing of our older kits, however we don't throw in used parts and if the shaft was received bent in the kit right out of the box, it must had been the only one in the building. I checked the rest of our inventory and haven't been able to find one. I am not trying to fight here, but something is not adding up here. I look forward to receiving the other parts back so I can see what is going on. I may be reacting incorrectly or misunderstanding, but it sounds like we are being scathed with a smile in this posting.
