visited his store today to buy my clutch hub that sheer the two bolts clean, and yes they installed and built unit so no install error on my part. i tried to show him the part as walk in show room, he tells me dont talk to him about his parts unless i intend to speak to him like a man, oh i forgot i left my man home and came in a kid outfit. so insulted me for the third and last time. i hope people really take these forums seriously cause i cant see 20 quick owners the can say anything good about heli.to all looking forward to future purchases beware he may not be around for the long haul. sad situtation but i felt the need to say so. ignorence some just cant help but to be it.

WHAT MORE CAN WE DO

This was a PM sent to this local customer last night.

You be the judge

Tito,

There are enough positive posts about my machines. It is clear that there is a conflict considering they are tha same product. Why don't you come up here & will fix it all for free. This way you can sell it like it flew the first day you took it out out with 11 flights.

I will fix the machine together with you. If I can't make it perfect I will close my business because I am no good at what I do.
Choice is yours.

Bring You servo & gryro...I will finish the Superfly or the Haredcore with you...You fly it...Post some good positive thinking. I can teach you if you want to learn about helicopters...

I made you a offer to get in volved in the latino market with our products. I don't bull****, I tell like it is...
I grew up in New York with Hispanics since I was in my carriage.

You need to be a friend to have a friend...Hope too see you soon.

A final note

To get the story correct, Irwin stated that if you and him can talk like men he would talk to you. You were the one that seemed to have a severe attitude problem. I am not sure exactly what transpired previous to today, but this was what I observed today. As for being around, we are in business many years and will be many more. We are always willing to help those who want it, as is stated in the below PM. However you can't help those who don't want it. As for being a rip off, the machine flew fine before it was sold to you, in fact it was Irwin's personal machine. I don't know what happened from then until now, but I think throwing around terms like rip off shows maturity or the proper way of communicating. We offered to help, you chose not to accept the help, and that is fine. This is all we can do for you, you were offered free repair, what else were we suppose to do?

Just the facts

I simply added my two cents in regard to what I observed today. This observation didn't require me knowing what transpired in the days before today. You came in their ready to start trouble, I know it, everyone else at QWW knows it, and you know it. As for kissing a$$, I have no problem stating my opinion or thoughts on things here, which has led to Irwin and myself arguing from time to time. However, we are capable of working things out as adults. I personally have been treated better at this job than most others. I would rather work for someone who is honest to a fault as oppose to a company who will stab you in the back in a second in order to further their profit. Trust me, I have more than enough education and qualifications to easily find another job, I choose to stay at QWW because I like the job and I am treated well. I am sorry if telling the truth is kissing up, but I am an honest person and tell it as I see it, good or bad. On a sidenote, how is someone ripping you off when they offered to fix your heli for free?

I take these forums very seriously, but from your attitude, spelling and poor English, I would say you have a chip on your shoulder big enough to make a 2x4 out of. They offered to repair it free, good god man (or boy), what a great offer. Apparently you are just to stubborn to swallow your misdirected pride and take them up on the offer.

tr0cks sounds to me you missed the boat since there was an offer to fix your heli for free. All I know is I fly my Quick 60 with very little problems. Nice heli and flys just as good as my xcell 60.

Sounds like you should have left your 'attitude' at home before you went in for the repair.....nothing good EVER comes out of showing up pissed. Needless to say the attempt to slander others on a forum shows NO maturity at all. And yes, for intellect, spelling does make a difference. If you could spell you could probably fix your own heli.

Live and Learn....next time, just accept the offer and say Thanks!!!

Quick...here comes my wife....hide that new Heli !!!!

"but from your attitude, spelling and poor English, I would say you have a chip on your shoulder"

What? People who speak good English and are great spellers can't have a chip on their shoulders? What in the world does his nationality or being able to spell his secondary language proficiently have ANYTHING to do with the situation?

Why do you think it's his secondary language. He lives in America, nothing in his profile is useful for defining his birth origins. If you live in the USA, your language should be English, primary, not secondary.
When you want to complain about someone, get your facts in order and present them in a understandable method, not just insults and vague references to how he was treated.
His second statement to Chris was
Quote
why are you putting your two cents where it dont belong, i know your scared of irwin
which is uncooperative and insulting, that sealed my conviction he is someone you cannot deal with in a rational adult manner.

His having been on RR for only three weeks and now he is bashing doesn't lead to much credibility either.

i believe forums to to tell your stories since when has i become english class gyrof

if i live in america my primary language should be my choice its the land of free which would included free speech, gyro i think there are some forums that pertain to spelling corrections go find one, and it doesn't matter if i've been on rr for 3 weeks or three years i still been jerked be quickworldwide, and to the fact they offered to repair heli, why didnt irwin take a minute to look at my problem when i got there yesterday, dont you read the initial heading to this topic, so your answer to anything on this topic have been garbage.......so please if you dont mind learn how to respond to the topic in which you select, not your two cent on bashing spelling.

for all others i will say no more just beware, its my occurance so giving future quick owner a heads-up.

Two cents

We tried to talk to you yesterday, and you chose to both enter and exit the shop with an attitude. How was Irwin suppose to take a minute to look when you got hostile as soon as he said hi? I personally could care less how well your english skills are, but something seems to be lacking in general communication skills. In order to receive customer service, you have to at least be open to receive the offered service. Like was said before, we offered to fix your heli for free, there isn't much else we can do.

I think this is a good if not permanent solution to the on going negative qww bashing....

keep all neg feed/back.. out of the qww post min. air post raptor post... hirobo post... century post...etc.... (start a new forum for complaints) 1. due to management.. 2. quality control... 3. product libility... those who dont keep there thoughts in that realm OR NEW FORUM.. will be band for RR use like base ball 3 out! (site posting abuse) i think this idea after a while it will police itself...! the way it is now heli flyers now, new and old think QWW is the only heli manufacture out here w/ problems lets keep the.. PLAYING FIELD LEVEL.... having a seperate forum for complaints wheather its agaist another member of RR or qww or min. air . or raptor will show other manufactures have the same problems problems? (P.S. qww is not the only manufacture w/problems or otherwise..) IF IT AINT BOEING IM NOT GOING...

EASY TO BASH ON TRASH

Thats fine if you feel this way. Make your point and move on.
Ive had problems with just about every manfacture at one time or another. Every thing from parts not fitting, being sent the wrong parts, to recieving two blades that wernt even the same length.
I just chose not to make a big deal out of it. Maybe im just a bit more mature.
I met with Irwin and had a look around his shop, looked at his machines. This stuff is far from trash. I saw the parts bins, Looked at prototypes and how they were improved apon. I saw nothing there that was below par. All the machining was top notch. Attention to detail. What i would expect on my own machines.

These are builders machines. And what i mean buy that is someone who balances every part, someone who will work on one piece untill it works silky smooth, even if it means taking apart and reassembeling a few times to get it right. A little extra time goes a long way.
Not everyone takes building to this level. If someone is slapping it together, not totally paying attention to directions, hammering on parts to make them fit or whatever, they are going to have problems.
Then add to the problem that they call Irwin with an attitude already, He busts your stones a bit with a " well if you followed the directions", or" how did ya screw that up" and people get totally offended. But Irwin always offers to make the problem right. He may send you new parts for no charge even if you did screw it up. Ive seen him offer to fix some of these machines himself.
Personally i think these helis are some of the finest out there and i have no problem switching for other manfacturers to QWW.
TRASH???? Far from it IMO

That is a good point actually. Funny how it ALWAYS happens here.

We all know why. Just some of us arent willing to admit it. I have burned some money on these machines too and i couldnt sell them to get rid of them. Ended up in the big black Trash bag.
