Finally got my hdx 500 v2 finished and got my first flight in today... Very stable and a very good bird!!! I am running it with the stock motor (24 pinion) with two 3 cells in parallel and today I got about 5 minutes of flying with plenty of battery left (air thunders) Headspead is just shy of 2200. I believe I am going to like this thing alot....

futaba 9650 tail
401 gyro
CC 60 amp esc
cc 10 bec bec
24 tooth pinion (going to 26 for higher headspead)

I am running 3s2p and getting about 9 minutes of flight.

Right now my HS is around 2200 and going with a 26 pinion will knock it up to about 2400-2500. I do have some bogging (stock hdx motor isnt all that great) but I am only sport flying.

My pitches are -2 and +10
