BStock is full of it!!!

Hey Jeff

BStock is full of it!!! You can fly anything I have anytime anyplace. If you guys do a search of BStocks posts you'll see him talking about his 3-D flying...He didn't say it was ALL on the sim.
This PU$$ won't take a chance to break anything in the real world but talks $+*& like he flys outside his computer!!!

Now what do you think of that Brent??? Busted on the web!!!

:-)

Again Jeff I'm 8,000 times more likly to bust my heli then you are so fly away.

Byron

I want the red button on my TX like I have with the G3.5 Sim.

Damn Byron - Bust my chops will ya!!

Where are these 3D posts you rant about... and you know my sim 3D flying blows you to the weeds

How many times last year did you get to see me wreak that trex trying new stuff. 4? 5?

If we weren't friends, and I didn't know you better - I would swear you were being an AS* - rather than trying to be funny.

It's about time you posted in here - where have you been?

Anyways - Jeff - don't let him fool you - he loves that Freya... and is so careful and afraid of wreaking it - that he won't even let me fly it (probably for good reason).

Heads up on Rooms

Hi Guys,

I got a price back for the Holiday Inn Express that a friend manages - and it was $120 a night for the event (reg $135)... Seemed high so I started calling around - and looking on the Net - and here is what I have come up with.

The least expensive rooms are at Americas Best Value - in Cambridge, MD. I called - and then looked on the Net - and it is cheaper to book over the Net. This place is also the lowest rated in town, on hotels.com (2.6 guest rating). The rates on the Net are $54.95 for a single queen, and $59.95 for a double queen - and AAA also gets you a discount off of that. The rates they quoted me on the phone were about $15 higher, and no group rate available - so book this one on the Net if you choose it.
Here is the URL:
http://www.americasbestvalueinn.com/bestv.cfm?idp=528

The next would be Days Inn in Cambridge (4.0 out of 5 - guest rating on hotels.com)

http://www.daysinn.com/DaysInn/cont...79&brandInfo=DI

I have a call into the Manager, to see if we can get a group rate. The manager on duty told me she thought we could, but the main manager won't be back until next Tue morning... to call me back.

They are $79 for a single queen, and $89 for double queen beds.

She thought she we would get about 10% off - so that brings it to about $71 or so for a single, and $80 or so for a double.

I will let you know next Tue what we end up with for the Days Inn.

Thanks- Brent

$120 a night???? I can hear it now, right after a flawless routine
"So who are you, Bobby Watts, Alan Szabo, Curtis Youngblood?" Answer, "No, but I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express last night!!" I'd holla back to your buddy and let him know of the bookings they're gonna miss out on.

I hear you. I told him... and he said his hands were tied.

That's OK... the Days Inn looks to be as good in the ratings... and allot less expensive.

He's still going to set aside some rooms for us... and if someone wants that group Holiday Inn Express Cambridge, Md. rate... they just need to reference "HeliFun" when they call to get it.

No Problem with RVs... we are expecting you guys to bring them.

I don't have the right workstation/software right now, to draw this on an image for you, but let's try it this way.

Look at the "Satellite View" on this Google Maps link to the field:

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=...z=16&iwloc=addr

See the tree line to the left of the arrow? (our new field was built after they shot this, so it is not in the photo)

The arrow is pointing right where the pavilion is in the bottom right arial photo of this link:

http://www.esacclub.org/New%20field.htm

If you look in the bottom right arial photo, you can Just see the tree line behind the pavilion, in front of the truck with the trailer.

We are going to park you guys parallel to the tree line - right behind the pits. It is a perfect spot for you guys... you will be real close to the action.

If you get here Friday night and no one from the club is there to help you... no problem... just park in a line... close in along the tree line.

Ray... you know you want to come We need you here to shake things up. Come On

I was hoping James and Dave would have chimed in by now, as to if they are going to be able make it. Maybe you can motivate them with some of those "loving comments" you always have for them

Jeff - Byron was just trying to tease me up some (we talked)... although he kind of went off in the wrong direction. He thought it was cute... hmmm - I am still trying to see it.

I talked to the Club president tonight to update him - and he wanted me to let you know he is VERY Cool with us flying Sunday.

Everything looks good for you guys... and everyone is getting excited to have you here. They are actually totally jazzed... to say the least.

Thanks Guys!

Brent
