The wife got a used 400 converted to 450 for christmas. All metal head and the blades wont stay in track. Have gone over the head with a fine tooth comb and there is nothing loose rod ends are good and such. First flight of the morning everything was fine. Come in, warm up and charge the battery and get ready for the second flight. 3 minutes into the second flight blades go about 1/2 inch out of track. I land adjust and try it again and it last about 2 minutes that time. No agressive flight just up floating around. Any help greatly appreciated.

The doctor said my sanity was borderline. Since then i've crossed the border.

my heli had the same issue but it was caused by a small landing tip over and minor blade strike on the ground, it did not hurt the blades all looked well but blades were out of track, found a bent blade grip shaft.[feathering shaft]
what have you found?

She suffer a crash a few weeks ago so she has new mainshaft, blades and I even went through and replaced all the rod ends. All screws are secure as well. Flew it yesterday without any tracking issues tomorrow who knows. If the problem continues guess i will replace stock head for t rex.

The doctor said my sanity was borderline. Since then i've crossed the border.

I assume before the crash the blades were tracking well. Have you replaced the feathering shaft and dampers (O rings)?
