I'd check your rotorhead bearings and spindle shaft first.

Has this machine been crashed?

it has never been crash. I just change the spindle and the main shaft but i nver check the rotor heat bearing. The reason that I changed my main shaft and spindle after i had a hard landing with my auto but no crash only my main shaft bended.

Regarding the bad tracking on one side: The problem could be that the paddles are not aligned with each other. Check this!

Regarding screws coming loose: Try to fasten the screws when the engine and the muffler are hot. This normally helps.

Do the blade grips have play in them where the bearings sit?...blades balanced to each other?...even a new set can be less than allowable at times....weigh them, and look at the their CG's.........or if you have an extra set that you know are on the money...try them.....just some extra thoughts....happy flying

Ok let me try this again, First when you crash, 99% of the time you will need to replace the bearings that support the main shaft as they will get a flat spot on them where impact happened, causing two thing to happen if you do not replace them after the crash and you rebuild it one you may get RF noise and get glitches Two now that the bearings have flat spots on them, the main mast will not run true after spool up. Second of the two major things that happen when you crash a vigor cs, is the lower hub that bolts to the main mast will bend where the seesaw is, but you will never see it with your eyes the only way I caught it was when setting up the paddles I couldn’t get them to line up and there was always a small shake in the heli, i.e. the fins where the give away. The way I checked it was to remove the yoke assembly complete leaving the lower hub on the main mast and rotating it you will see it is out of round that was the tracking problem for me and the vibes went away after that to. The heli looks to be design that in a hard crash the lower hub will bend saving the yoke from breaking if you have the plastic one .The other problem we all know is the main mast stock ones are way too soft and will bend in a hard auto the same for the spindle the fix for this is to go with the Scott gray main mast, it is harder and hollowed out over the stock part. I would look at the spindle and the lower hub and even the main mast are known to bad from JR hope this helps.

Yes your Wright about the flying nothing too hard there, we where testing new blades for heliproz their 720mm pro series, really nice very stiff as you can here me a few times warning them about bogging down the heli as these blades are aggressive and not much cyclic input is needed, also in regards to the vigor the Scott gray yoke will really turn it on for you. the other thing is that I was behind the camera not on the sticks sorry still getting my ys 91 dialed in but thanks for the input. also the lower hub went south do to a crash and must be checked if you put it in, not sure if a hard auto will bend it, but you never know with these things, thanks oh ya I will be putting more vids up.

Pipe falling off

On two of the pipes I have bought the paper gasket was omited. I noticed just trying to use gasket sealer caused it to come loose. This has stoped since I added the paper gasket.

The tracking issue sounds like somthing is bent or broken if only on one side.
