| I destroyed my stock SAB paddles and I wouldn't be wiling to pay 50 dollars for a new pair. So I decided to convert mine into using 4mm flybars so that I can get a pair of raptor 90 paddles for 12 dollars . Here is the detail:
- Use a pair of 4x10x4 ball bearings. You can find them at www.sdp-si.com or www.rcheli.com. These will replace the current 5x10x4 bearings in the seesaw.
- Use two of these spacers:

The spacers, which you usually find them useless, can be found in every mainblade kit.
- Stratus flybars are a good choice. Raptor 90 ones are too short.
- Pull the old bearings out and put the new ones (4x10x4) in. Slide the flybar through the flybar cage and the seesaw then insert the spacers in place carefully on each side. Screw in the 3mm set screws at both sides so that the screws will leave a mark on each spacer. Use a dremel or a drill to drill out a 3mm hold right on the marks. So the set screws will go through the holds and have a direct contact to the flybar.

Finally, align and tighten the flybar in place as you guys always do but having the spacers properly placed on each side.
The 4mm flybar not only gives us many choices of paddles, it also saves some weight. IMO, a 4mm flybar does improve the cyclic rate on my Synergy...
