There are certainly a LOT of questions in that short post!!!
And most of them can be answered by contacting shooter, here on RR and also check: www.pegasususa.com
I am hearing nothing but good about the Protech IC!!!!!!

Hope this helps you out a bit!!!!!!

Good Luck, Stan

If there is a cure for this, please don't tell me about it!!!

Good day fellow Black Hawk and Protech flyers, to set the course ahead in the correct direction the two helicopters are ALMOST the same, that is to say that if you purchase the ProTech 450 IC you get an up graded version of the Black Hawk. The engine how ever is a little different and the changes in the helicopters are more of an up grades version of the Black Hawk. Now if you purchase the ProTech 450 IC Pro you will really have something. RC Heli has done a complete review for the month of April, Aaron Shell did the flying and if you purchase that magazine you will see the full details. Now, lets talk a little about price? Yes the Black Hawk may be a little cheaper how ever, the reason you don't find parts is because the dealers that carried the Black Hawk had trouble getting the parts. That's the plain truth. The Protech distb. in Beligum has all the parts one might need. There for the new Dealer appointed by Protech is Pegasus USA, they have all the parts and helicopters as well and try there best to help everyone. Please give them a try, the guys there are super to deal with and give you the no bull information. Give them a try,
Good flying mates,

Shooter

I have a Blackhawk 450 Se and it is by far my favorite. I have never had a problem getting parts either. Check out www.ka-planes.com (also happens to be my LHS) My main concern before getting the heli was parts availability, but I think KA could supply an army of frequent crashers with parts. Also many parts are compatible with t-rex 450 parts.
