this is a e-mail from a store that wants to come.

I wanted to get in touch with you for some info on the TCRCM Helicopter Fun-Fly in Othello next month.

I represent Esprit Model and we’re planning on attending this event. I will be coming from Tri-Cities, and Gary Rowlands will be coming from Bulgaria. We’d like to fly, have some fun, and create visibility for our store and the products we use.

Basically I need:

1. Directions to the field, and possibly some way to locate the field using maps.google.com.

2. Some discussion with you to see if we might be able to put on a flight-clinic (basic training and some hands-on with our helis) one or more days at the event.

3. Information regarding how we might setup an area to occupy, like a booth (if appropriate).

If you could return my eMail or give me a call sometime before next week I would appreciate it.

Thanks and Cheers,

Loren Mack

I'll be talking with him and send him the directions, should be interesting.

It's always nice to have a few vendors on hand.
We can show them how we do it in the Pacific Northwest.

That would be cool. I'm always up to flying a different heli.

The countdown continues. I'll be on the field 4 weeks from now.

Greetings All
I am new to Heli's , I have a Raptor 30 that I have set Up . And A Raptor 90SE under construction . Looking forward to attending , if just to get some tips . Or maybe have some of You guys check my set up , if time permits . I have run 2 gallons of fuel thru it . just hovering , and some forward flight . Just there is only 1 other that fly's Heli's , so it makes it difficult to pick up pointers . So maybe this will give me the oppertunity get with some of You guys to see what I am doing wrong , or for that matter doing Right .
I only live about 30 minutes from the feild . So it makes it an ideal learning trip for the weekend .

So would anyone be offended if I brought a Keg of Northern Lights Brewery Creme ale? (for after hours of course)

Looking forward to this one. See you all in a few weeks.

I would pitch in on that one, great idea as long as things don't get out of hand We just need to be careful about drinking and flying becuse we all want to keep it safe

I don't know what the AAMA rules for that would be as long as the ones flying were not drinking and the drinkers stayed at a safe distance?

Any thoughts on this would be welcomed

I was thinking of staying on site saturday night to have a few adult beverages after wards with my friends this year any way.

As much as we joke about it, safety is of course #1 in my book.

I'm hoping to get my Sceadu running for the show. I'll have it and my 500 down there.

Too late to turn back now.

Sorry Paul, you made the offer, now your stuck.

The last time I was offended by a keg of beer,,,,,,,,HMMMM,,,,,,I guess I've never been offended by beer, unless of course there isn't enough. Definately not until the night flying rig is put to bed though.

Oh, I wasn't rescinding the offer, I just wanted to make clear that we'll all be safe. We had a keg of this same beer at our electric event last summer up in Cheney up at this Ultra-light park we were at. Suffice it to say, it was a hit.

The events will be:

Novice,Intermediate,Advanced,Expert,Drag racing and spot auto's.
I'v been getting PM's asking about the contest manuvers.

The manuvers will be posted the day of the contests.

It's a little harsh but that's the way every one has done it since I first started competing 7 years ago.

I'm guessing they did it that way so no one had an advantage and to make it more interesting

Bill M. keep siming. Add about 8 to 10 mph of wind to make it more of a challenge
