I'm not missing. I'm just flying a different place then you thats all. It's funny you say plank. I got one for christmas. It has turned out to be a fun "keep me busy" type toy while my heli batteries are charging. I flew my heli yesterday and just leaving again to go fly before I go to be a slave to the man.

I JUST got the Logo box. Need to head down to Ultimate and pick up an AR7000. I'll assemble her tonight, and most likely do the maiden tomorrow, if the hyperion to tp adapter I'm getting from maxamps shows up as well.

So sweet. Hell of a manual too!

Hehehe. I've got slow hovering, 8s, nose in, side in, remote circles, I can do remote circles slowly piroetting. Learned all the basics on my Blade CP and my Honeybee FP micros. I'm a firm believer in getting the foundations correct. The only upright orientation I'm not good at yet is backwards flight.

SWEEEEET, logo is cool, you will love that thing, what rotor do you have? super crazy 550mm or mellow crazy 515mm? dont forget an extra set tail blades, KBs work great.

Friggin AR7000 are outta stock at Ultimate AND at Robs, but I called Gyro and they had one left, so I asked them to hold it for me till end of day so I can pick it up after work.

I've got stock 500s on it now, and a NIP set of MS Composite 515's too. I love the K&B's on my mini titan so I'll probably grab some for the Logo as well.

I was waiting on an adapter from Maxamps for a battery with hyperion taps, and it doesn't look like it's going to show today, so I'm screwed for tonight in setting it up other than assembling. No other 6s packs in my inventory for now.

Gonna hold off on 550 blades till I upgrade to a Jazz ESC. This 60A Castle is gonna get worked as it is with he stockers.

Man, I was really hoping to get this thing done tonight, but without that balance adapter I'm screwed unless I just wanna charge the pack without balancing for now.

I dont know about that 60esc, I run mine on the Hv85 and have had problems in gov mode. went to fixed th and set cutoff to 12v. this guarantee's no shut down. if you get it running you can warm up a lipo or two of mine.

Yeah I'm just gonna run it with fixed throttle points and a throttle curve, no worries. It's what I'm familiar with anyway. I'll go Gov when I get the Jazz, but for now, I just want to get airborne. Worse case I'll get it assembled best I can and bring it out to the field and borrow one of your packs, bind the rx, set my 90 degree stuff, program the DX7, and see about getting her up in the air.

Gents, my club president was asking me today how many people I thought might come to a small heli funfly if we hosted it at our field in Menifee.

Any interest?

Keep in mind, this is very preliminary. Nothing is actually planned yet, I'm just gauging interest.

Even so, if anybody wants to come visit me, this is a nice time of year to do it. The temperature is going to be near perfect this weekend, and I'm sure going to enjoy it.
