| This guy Kyle Bergstrom Aero-Model the distributor is being a blockhead, but pics might help. Pretty pathetic...he wrote "If any retail store will send you a replacement without seeing the old one, they will be out of business soon." So I told him that ReadyHeli does and RCHover told me to contact you for help on this." to which he replied "but they know you." That's funny...yes, but if any retail store will send you....OK, he's made up his mind.
Anyway, pictures are a good idea. But if you're thinking Mikado is the top of the heap on quality...maybe they are maybe they aren't...all i know is I've never had this on *any* heli and this hasn't been a smooth process. Sounds like others have had this...more than a few. It happens, but when it does, do they RESPOND well? That's always a relevant question. And though Mikado Germany did right by those with the problem, Mikado USA...well I'll let you decide.
