| I got a story,its not very funny though
ok so im flying my dads 450 and I lose the tail servo,ok now what?CRASH.very little damage,ok that parts good.
A few weeks later I get it all put back together, take it for its test flight and it has a wierd noise ok,so I take it up again to try and figure it out and then the heli decides it doesnt want its tail blades anymore, but I manage to land with out further damage..
so after all that (heres the make you wana cry part) I fix it all up a few weeks later and take her out to the field, start the flight going beatiful in the hovers no vibes no trim,no noises, nothing just beautiful. ok so I start fff in my first banking turn about 10 feet up prabably 20-30 mph.LOCK-OUT (yes this is a spectrum horror story lol) so it banked downward and hit nose first HARD heres the list
frames,spindle,mainshaft,blades,blade grips,flybar,paddles,gyro case,linkages,gear,battery,3 servos,a few misc control arms,canopy,tail blades,and it cut the wires on the esc(cc 35).
It would have been MUCH worse if the head and tail werent mostlly metal. this was by far my worst crash (and Ive crashed rappys before)..but I got a feeling thats gunna change since I bought a 600n pro |
