| I just stuck mine on the left side of the battery mount (assuming you're talking about the X2, this is transparent to RF energy). Try to point the antennae as far away as possible. I left them sticking out beyond the mount, there's plenty of room in the canopy so they won't touch or scrape. You don't want to have them shielded by the batteries directly for reception from the starboard side of the heli.
