Looks like your flybar is not equal distance, seems like the vibration is there....

That acts like you have a tooth missing on one of your servos. Check them all very closely... Put a little pressure on the arm and move it up and down... Check each one like that....

thats the best advice Ive heard so far sounds like a servo broke loose chipped a tooth and is skipping and this caused the loss of pitch one blade vs another and will cause vibration. Hold the servo and work it with the radio and listen for the clicking sound. But start at the bottom and figure it out you need to learn our heli eventually youll automatically know whats wrong due to the symptoms.

I just checked the servos (seem to be working great, i opened them and they don't seem to have bad dents), checked and tightened some screws in the head, tightened the screw that links the main shaft to the head, and replaced the feathering shaft. i will give it a try tomorrow, now my parents are sleeping=( if this doesn't work, i won't know what else will be the problem=(

I know I'm new, but what about the possibility of the ESC causing this? Maybe a problem with lower speeds? Since its a collective pitch system and when you give her the gas the swash increases pitch, maybe the ESC isn't translating cleanly at the lower band causing the servos to act erratic.

Just a wild guess...

that seems a bit strange, this only happened today. i can try to mix the speed and pitch and give him more throtle and low pitch to see what happens but i wouldn't like to do that yet. i've heard that E-sky ESCs are bad. well i replaced today the feathering shaft and tightened some screws and checked if everything was ok with the servos. i will take a look at it tomorrow when i wake up.

News update

first test:

After feathering shaft replacement and screws tightened the head won't vibrate like yesterday, the head won't tilt anymore to the right like yesterday but there is some strange behaviour in the helicopter. it tilts like yesterday but now in the tail!!!! the tail goes to the right violently in both normal mode or head deck gyro hold mode! i almost loose control of him sometimes could this be gear/belt problem?!

New question: Flybar is exactly with the same distance from the center, i took out the main blades and checked the flybar, it's running on track with the aileron/elevador stick centered, but when i use the stick all way down to 7/8 clock or any order full diagonal it won't run in track, i will see a bigger paddle. should this be normal?

I tested it again... the tail WILL GO TO THE RIGHT SOMETIMES VIOLENTLY both on normal and head lock mode=(

New Change: Replaced the tail shaft, tightened the belt and it still has this problem.

It is like: Helicopter is stable and suddendly the tail GOES Very fastly to the right in a fragment of second then i stops! any clue on what could this be?

I don't know if the gyro in head holding mode should be pushing the horn agaisnt the tail, when i had the esky servo it would push the other side because this servo is reversed now and i had to reverse the gyro as well.

EDIT:

I think i've found something... do you notice something strange?

Check the flybar plastic mount right in the centre where the screws hold it on, iv had many break and cause headach. It can be hard to see, very small mounting flange

Is your tail holder on backwards? The screw head is toward the inside and the links are attached at the leading edge.
Is a ball broken? The one at the bottom of the pic looks a little strange...

The flybar is new as well.

the tail control arm was damaged, i don't know how but it was damaged, i guess the reason is plastic...

I've been hovering for 2 batteries now, first one was indoor, the second now was outdoor, but i still can't get 2 things because people won't tell me and this is the 3rd time i ask for help about this, but i didn't get lucky last 2 times=(

first: i cant get the tail to hold in the center in normal mode, is it supposed to hold in normal mode? because if i get it centered in the normal mode when i switch to head holding mode the head will move very very slowly to the right, and when i'm flying outside the tail pushes sometimes violently to the right or to the lef, but specially to the right and i think this may be a gyro setting on the gain, i keep asking and asking how should i setup the gain in the gyro, and if it's normal to have the servo moving the horn slowly in the direction of the tail when i switch to head holding mode.

I did record a video, it was a little windy but not that much. i hope this video helps you to tell me what could be causing this to the tail.

as i said, i i center the servo in normal mode holding the tail in the center, when i switch it to head lock it will go slowly to the right.

here's the video, the tail movements are clear when it comes close to the camera:
