Building is now complete except for servos and set-up. I am using a Futaba 9CHP and want to get the most practical servos for this bird. I will be using the GY401 and 9253 on the tail. Do I need heavy duty servos for the weight of this beast?

9202's

That is what i just put into mine with 3 servo CCPM and my benzin weighs in at close to 15 lbs with 725 blades on it. Anything smaller than that and the 9202 will do you jsut fine!!

Running 9202's also . with gy401 and 9253 for the tail on my xl gas and it's really sweet!!!! Good choice. I'm using the super 8 pcm radio with no problems.

Digitals

running 8231 JR's on a futaba PCM RX.......I would go 9252's if possible. It came with the JR's. Figure 80 dollars more total and go digital over the 9202's. James
