That is very nice. I have always liked the look of that type of heli. Those and the ones on MASH. It looks at 450se, right?

Yes it's a 450 SE and the body is from Darthdrk. http://darthdrk.4t.com/
It flies really nice and balanced out by moving the battery forward a little bit... It's very stable in a hover, and plenty of power for climbouts.. I have been trying to figure out a way to build an electric bell47G like on mash but haven't figured out where to hide the battery pack, There isn't alot of room on the MASH heli for things like that...

Does the extra body around everything effect how it flies? I assume it adds some weight but does it also change the aerodynamic aspects as well?

These bodies are light weight PTG plastic so weight isn't an issue. The body might be effected by wind more than a pod and boom setup but they look so good when your flying around.....

I took the paint scheme from a heli called G-JIVE that is blue and silver. I changed the colors to a dark metallic blue and yellow and it is now my creation T-JIVE.. I'm going to get the markings on it soon and start saving for a 5 blade head for it...

I didn't think it would sink in that deep when I set it down for the picture... must have been a small drift right in that spot...

AWESOME slider, just awesome. I glad you did not decide to just that paint scheme. It looks great! You need to get some vid of it landing in the light snow, i bet that would look cool.

Excellent job.

Nice li'l scale job, but in the second pic, how'd you get Jack Nicholson to fly your heli?

"You can't handle a Trex!!"

The more they overthink the plumbing, the easier it is to stop up the drain.

Slider, Just go to YouTube and create an account, its as easy as creating an account with HeliDirect(even a caveman could do it. Then when you go to your account there is a box that says "upload a video" , You fill in the Title and Description and catagory. Then, the next page there is a Browse and upload box. Your video has to be in an accepted format like WMV. for example. The only stumbling block I have run accross if your file is too big it will get rejected. I can only get about 40 seconds of video uploaded unless I reduce the quality of the video. In this "attention deficit" society, 40 seconds is sometimes enough. P.S. Slider-- I am the same way with computer stuff, its all baby steps for me too. If the innerds of a computer were cogs and wheels, guys like us could fix em.
