| I posted this in the Aftermarket area but I thought I would post it here too to get some more feedback.
I just received my new Raptor 50 and I am very impressed with everything except for one thing... the pink decals. So being a graphic designer, it got me thinking. What if I designed some new decals that could be used on any of the standard Raptor 30/50 canopies and offered them for a very reasonable price?
Here is what was running through my head:
* You could use them to replace old decals that may be worn out or taking on a weathered look.
* You might be tired of the original ones and just want something new but don't want to fork out a lot of money.
* You may be just starting out and want a more custom look but don't want to throw away the money on an airbrushed canopy while you are still in the learning stages.
Anyway, I have gotten a few quotes on prices and I am still waiting on a few more. The designs are coming along very well. I have posted a few rough ideas, check them out if you want.
It is looking like the cost is going to run around $15 including shipping USPS for a 10 x 10 sheet of graphics for both sides of the canopy. They will be printed on a high grade, clear vinyl that can hold up to the outdoors well.
I would appreciate any positive/negative feedback you may have on this idea. I am just trying to get a feel for whether or not anybody would be interested in something like this.
