Didn't realize just how much I missed the smell of nitro exhaust, I've either got to get to the field more often or spike the wifes perfume........ she's not going to be happy with either outcome........that leaves me with only one choice

Yeah right she'd see right through me with that lil trick.... I tried to talk her into coming down to the field with me, she paralleled it with me watch her ride her horse "boring". Had to agree with her there!!

I see how it is now. I travel again and everyone shows up to fly. Nice pictures, seeing those Nitros flying look real nice. Well I missed all of the month of August and now I'll miss this month. Guess I get back just in time to enjoy the few weeks will have for warm weather. The cold never stopped us before, so I guess I have the winter to make up for all the missed flying.

By the way, I did meet someone (sorry can't remember his name, I am old and forgetful) who just traveled from Germany, He has a very nice flying 600E and a very nice GAS Heli. It was funny watching him pull start the Heli, but it sounded like it had enough power to pull around all my planes and my Heli.

Real cool meeting you Andre.....Glad to see you there. It was a great turn out on Sunday. Good to see Kim back out flying in Tacoma....we missed you. I think the turn out was as big as the FunFly last week at RAMS.....did anybody do a head count on Sunday? The Parking lot was full from end to end and down the building to the track...and the day started out with a rain delay about 1pm but cleared up in about half an hour. I think we even had 4 helis in the air at once. We even tried to get 3 planes in the air at one time for a battle but my stryker didnt have enough of a charge to keep up with Kims stryker and Mikes pusher.

Man, since sunday I've been regretting selling my 600, I think the problem is I started getting too "sensible" about which heli would be more economically viable. Big fat lot of good my sensibility is. I guess I lucked out and showed up on a good sunday, I was under the impression that was a regular crowd.
The Dog fight with the 3 planes woulda been good if art got his act together but I did realise that while chasing kim, chasing another plane is harder than it looks.
