Looks good, it looks like you extended the bottom frame piece to have a place for the packs. Are you using 10S packs? How does it fly?

Yes, I use 10S LiPo. I use TP8000mAh ProLite, Flight Power 5350mAh Lite (green) and soon, TP5000mAh Extreme V2.
Is perfect for FAI (F3C) application and the 3D soft.
With 8000mAH, the weight is 5,272kg (11.62 lb) and the time fly is ~17min for FAI (F3C). I recharge ~7000mAh in the TP8000.
With the FP 5350, the weight is 4,842 (10.67lb). The time fly is ~10min F3C.
The place can receive the pack long (TP8000 or FP5350) or large (TP5000 V2).
The motor Actro is very good. I used the center 5mm, but it has broken.
Now, I use the center 8mm.

There have been several people break the 5mm shaft, I'm installing a 8mm in my Ion X2. Now to drill out the 6mm pulley to 8mm.

I also have an Ion X two stage geared on with the Hacker C50XL and the Hacker Opto 77 esc. That heli use the TP ProLite packs 5S4P 8000 mah, the motor is a dog, but I can fly that heli for around 10 to 12 minutes and put back 6000 mah.

Broken the Hacker, the 5mm shaft ?
There is not only Actro (and align!) that to brake the shaft ?

I've never broken a motor shaft, maybe I don't fly hard enough.
