| I ordered some Eletrotek Gem 2000's back in January, and throughout February i waited for delivery, with no signs of it arriving.
After approx 3 weeks i emailed Gudrun at Electrotek, and we came to the conclusion that the shipment may be held, or worse, lost in transit, so without fail, he re-sent another order out at no extra charge, and all he asked was that if the first 'missing' shipment ever arrived, that I return them back, with which I have no trouble doing.
I would just like to extend a warm Thank-You out to Electrotek for their excellent customer service !!!!
FYIW: these Gem 2000 look way cool in the blue colour !!!!
