Well, you guys are probable out there burning fuel, so I don't know if you see this post or not.

My wife fell and broke her ankle and ...somehow...this seems to be slowing her down on the cooking and cleaning. Damn whiny women, heck she can crawl can't she?????

Anyway, although I have been counting the days to this funfly, I will have to miss it. Give my best to all.

How's the weather going so far today? It's raining in Indy but I'm hoping it clears up before I head that way later in the day.

How many pilots showed up and how many do you think are staying for Sunday? I managed to get an engine for my Evo today so I hoped to drive up in the morning.

Thanks for hosting a great event Erik!!!! Make sure you do it again next year.

Plenty of great pilots like MArk Fadley, Nixk Maxwell, Jared Granzow, Jim Starks, Jamie Robertson, Mark Padilla, Ronnie O, Ben Parrot and other more..

The 450 HELI COMBAT was awesome!!!! We better do it again hopefully at IRCHA. Thanks Mark, Erik and Jim for organizing it.

Magnum NEW FUEL FORMULA works great. Motor ran really well with plenty of power with needle at a much leaner setting but without getting the motor too hot even on a hot humid weather like what we had yesterday. Smoke were noticeably less also. Immedietely after landing you can put your finger on the backplate without getting scald. Great Job Buzz!!!! Can't wait to get several cases of it. Andy P/Pinoy...

This was a fun weekend. The combat was freakin crazy.

The weather was a bit on the wet side Sat morning but quickly shaped up to be a great flying day.

The dinner Sat was good. The pulled pork was some of the best I have eaten.

Sunday Turned out to be the best day weather wise. The breeze was a nice change. Good auto weather.

Next year hopefully the weather forcast will be a bit better. I would have to say the RUMBLE was a success!

It was nice meeting all you guys. You all were great to fly with, and amazing to watch! See you all at IRCHA.

I had a good time today... if anything I realized it might be time to ditch the Evo and get a Trex 600.

Great Time!

Big E,

You've done it again! I had a terrific time. IT was worth the windshield time. Choppermario and I rolled back into our towns safely. You put on 1 heck of an event. Sure $4/gallon is tough but when you travel and have the fun we had...well it’s all worth it. Shirts are way kewl as well and the soundsystem rocked! Field was in great shape and even Mother Nature cooperated with us. Food was superb on Sat night!

We flew our butts off!!! And as always MarkF. and J-Rock didn't let us down with the horns and t-rex 450 combat. UNREAL!!!
BTW, what is with all that ballerina stuff – IF you don’t mind me asking???? <BAHAHAHAHAH>

Watching today's newest stars hammer on their helis was really kewl. Jamie and Big Jim you likely drove the farthest at 14 hours! Great flying Jamie! You remind us of another great pilot with your skill, demeanor, and just overall love for this great hobby. I wish you much success and it was great to finally meet you both. And "Pinball", you never disappoint. Sorry about your T-rex700 launching the battery pack. BUT till then that flight was off the hook! The rest of your flying is strong. BUT take it easy on those new motors! Scott C., great to catch up with you. AND a belated congrats to your accomplishments busting into major corporate sponsorship. Hats off to you! “Hey Mr. 3D Heli Smackdown Pilot...you-throw-that-high-performance-model-helicopter-around-the-sky-like-its-a-50-cent-ragdoll." <sung in high voice--> With-No-Regard-To-Gravity! This BUDS for you!

All I can say is it's a good thing those tent seeds I planted took. Not sure what we would have done without that shade. I forgot how HOT Lafayette can be! <G>

Great to see all our friends and watch you guys fly! I'm always impressed and happy to be in your company. Carl/Tyler, Nick the stick, Mike Trueblood, Jarred, Andy, J-Dogg, RoniK, Tyler, and a slew of others...GOOD TIMES! “Local John”, great meeting you too. Great flying and you are one great short order chef! Mario cooks a mean steak don’t he? Great stuff!!!

I got a few pulls on a few helis I have never flown, learned to auto my 450's and just had a great time. Hope to see you guys in just a few weeks at IRCHA where we can ALL do it again.

Can't wait to see Markie-Marks photo essay of the event!

BigD, Alex R., Soha, we missed you all! But you were in our thoughts as we took to the sky. See you soon!

Thank you for the great event. This is the first time that i have been to the Rumble and it will not be the last! I did not do alot of flying but it was worth it watching Nick beat the crap out of his Bandit, and Ben with the stratus. Oh and those those inverted autos that Jared was doing with the 600n were crazy. See you all at IRCHA!
