What prevents the washout from sliding down on top of the swash?

The washout hub had a set screw taped in to it that holds in on th main shaft

Looks great, David. Did you simply cut off the stock mixing arms and add Logo bases to center the ball links? Did you try flipping the blade grips to have leading edge control?

Thanks for the pics.

Ted That is pretty much what I did. Oh yah I have flipped the head I guess it time to update the pictures.

I am not sure if I can tell much of a difference with the head flipped. If anything it seems to move a little quicker around center stick.

It was fun trading some good info back and forth and we both came up with something that worked really well

I just did a 600N as well it is alot of fun to fly flybarless even though i dont care for the fuel!

Yeah I hear ya. I just spent 15mins cleaning my barless T600N off. Great preforming heli at a nice price but dang it can get really messy.

David,

What Logo standoffs did you use for your bladegrips to center the balls? The only ones I have from a L500 Vbar head are essentially the same length as the stock Align ones. Maybe the standoffs from a L600 head?

Thanks.

The part number for the spacer is MIK4050. I also had to add a extra spacer in top of this one to get the ball in the center.
