CA Swash

Very important not to get any CA on the pivot point of the swash.
I dipped a pin into drop of CA, then hold swash down, put CA on shaft above swash, move swash up to capture CA, then hold swash down(level) until set.

Thanks in advance

Also the CG is bad enough putting weight on the tail would make it much worse.

US VENDOR

Here is a US Vendor and cheapest I have found for this little guy! With the popularity growing for this little heli it is often out of stock but is back shortly, call and get on a waiting list for shipping if you need to!

Where to glue

As in a previous post i used CA glue on swash, "well" i changed to heatshrink tubing instead. The CA i was using kept breaking away, so i'm using small pieces of heatshrink tubing to hold swash level.

If you want to use CA be very careful not to get any on pivot ball where it contacts the plastic swash itself. What i did was hold swash down at anti-rotation location, then I used a pin to put 3 or 4 small dabs of CA on shaft above swash, then lifted swash up into CA to capture glue and then held it level until glue set.

This heli flys pretty good once you got it dialed in, can do piroettes,FFF,VFRF and the occasional ceiling fan collision.
You wouldn't believe the climb rate with the ceiling fan in reverse at full speed. Tic tocs seem to be a bit more of a challenge though.
