I must agree, Rusty is indeed top notch when it comes to customer service. If that is a strong factor in you decision on which heli to buy like it is for me, do not hesitate to check an RjX machine out!

Great Service

I have to say that any time I had a question, Rusty alway's answered it, but we also have excellent service here in Canada with BFCarbon. Steve has been excellent as well, so with two great support groups, this heli should take off with a passion. The support is at least 50 % of the deal and with out support no matter how good the heli is it is hard to stick with it. Not so with the case of RJX as they have found the formula to get it going strong.
