Thanks again for the advice. I'll give the 4'X4' square exercise a try. If I'm having a difficult time with it, I'll just keep moving the square so that the King is centered.

Ok tie the heli to an appendage and don't let it get any farther than said appendage or it will cause pain. this is good close tight hovering. appendage supplied by male users only.

Ok guys just a quick update:

First of all thank you for the support, it means a lot.

Secondly, I did run over to the neighbors, (jumped over the manhole, and only knocked on the door) he wasnt home. Had to wait a couple of hours, but did burn a couple of packs down in the basement. Didnt hold quite as good as in the street, afraid of hitting the walls. DId some more fine tuning. Trying to get the setup as good as possible.

So now that I am starting to make a LITTLE progress can you guys guess what happened next

Got the phone call, got to go out of town for a few days. Back to ottumwa, ia. Dang, I am thinking maybe the heli gods are letting me know not to let my held swell up any and keep taking the baby steps.

Gotta love it though. Dont pick up my crew until noon, maybe I can work on it a little bit in the morning. he he he.

Take care all.

I think I am going to hold off this time. I need to build, buy , or find something to transport my stuff securely before i take it with me. This is only goin to be a short job, just about 5 days. I think I can survive that long. I will still have the sims.

With my luck the string would get caught in the tail rotor and would wind it's way back to my said appendage and Bobbitize me. Not gonna happen.

hovering is flying. off the ground but stationary. not really going anywhere. like running in place. your heli is just running in place just off the ground.

I wish I was good at this
