Hey Guys,

I have the stock setup (frame-wise), but after installing my new ESC and stuff the canopy won't quite fit well without some work. I know some of you out there us a T-R@# one. which one fits? The 450? Just don't feel to frisky about running her naked. Is there another one other than the T-R@# that fits as well?

Thanks,

JC (who still awaiting his part to fix the last attempt)

Yes the trex canopy fits it too... Maybe the mini titan and many other 400-450 heli canopies, so pick what you like.....

I'm also using the Belt-CP canopy. The batteries I use does not allow the original canopy to fit.

Are you guys airbrushing these canopies or stickers or both? Kudos to all for the artistic touch, they really look great!

Unfortunately, those with absolutely no artistic ability what-so-ever(ME ) must search for alternative methods of making their heli original. Definately admire the paint though!!

Painting a canopy is not difficult to do and actually it's a great place to start your career in painting.... Read up on it and talk to some body shop guys on painting and once you have an idea how it's done give it a try on a sample piece of plastic or wood... Get your technique down then move on to your canopy.. It really is pretty easy once you understand how it's done...

Got a better one for you slider just go buy a five dollar plastic model and practice. I used to have a whole fleet of model jets.

I think I'll try the stickers first. No sense in wasting all that time, effort and paint on the pavement!
