e-E-Sky Honey Bee- Lama- Belt CP- E-Smart > Belt Cp main blade dampner question.

I just got a belt cp for x-mas and have noticed that response is very sluggish. So after checking it over I noticed that there is a huge amount of play in the main blade housing.
I know that the belt cp uses rubber o-rings as dampners. Is there any upgrade for this, to eliminate some of the play? Or is it normal for the plastic parts to have excessive play?

I'm fighting the same thing with HBK2 plastc head. I inserted some washers between the rubber O-rings and the stock washer. That seemed to firm the blade grips up quite a bit. I haven't had a change to test it because I can't get the blades to track. The tracking issue had been occuring before the washers were added and I hoped it would help some, but it didn't. I know there are a lot firmer O-rings available for the Trex but I'm not sure if they will fit.

I am actually using windsheild washer tubing for my CopterX head. I cut the length to what I need . Perfect inside and outside diameter neoprene. I got 5 feet for 4 bucks at Autozone. I cut it 3/16 th long for perfect dampning. Cut it shorter for less, cut it longer for more and I give it a squirt of silicone spray for luck.

Do you have a part number for that winshield washer fluid hose because the employees at my autozone don't have any idea what i'm talking about?

Gates windshield Washer & vacuum tubing 7/64'x72' (2.778mmx1829mm)4040-0338. Make sure you cut it straight and use a lil lube. The length of the piece cut will determine how much your head will be dampened. Longer= more dampning---Shorter= less dampning.
