I'm ready to order some parts, and the price is right on the CNC swash (EK5-0203)and washout (EK5-0202).
Problem is, I can't do both.

Does either have a performance or tweakability advantage over the other, or is it just a case of "where do I want my first Apis Grapis to go"?

Shizack, tryan had the purple swash before all the other purply stuff and he seemed to like it alot. The plastic washout arms do have some flex and slop to them, but if was me, or if I were you, I would get the swashplate first.

That's what I was thinking - swash first, but wasn't sure. My balls are getting chewed up from using pliers to snap of the rings, so I was kinda leaning that way. That didn't sound right...

Do the Swash first.

Thats single biggest source of slop.

Do the whole head. But the swash is an improvement in cyclic response. Now the whole head is a totally different story. Its awesome when everything moves freely.

I did the washout first, the plastic ones where supper sticked, and while trying to fix it i broke one of the flybar control arms

, so.... PURPLE STUFF IS COMING... i allready recieved the grips from helidirect.com, but the rest: head, Washout and swashplate come from jagghobbies.com, i'm at Venezuela, so any lag on shippng to Miami reflexes in weeks delay to arrive here. Sad thing, new year without PURPLE!!!
