I am not too sure it is in production yet. There are a few guys out of Florida still developing it.

Hello

Chris and I are the ones developing the Probar.

We are putting the PB through the ringer to make sure we deliver a quality product at a very decent price.

I cant say when it will be released but we are pleased with the results so hopefully we have them out some time next year.

Thanks
Carlo

Any updates on the ProBar? I've been looking forward to a flybarless system all winter and it appears there are several nearing release. Any pics showing the box size? Thanks!

Hi Jon,

I have been working with Carlo on testing and development for the past year and a half.

We just finished all testing and are happy to report that this system has been tuned to fly on anything you can think of including some not so smooth micro electrics and the rough running nitros. We have also tested and tuned the system to work with a wide range of popular blades at all weights, lengths and stiffness as well as a wide variety servos with all different torques and speeds. This is a true bolt on and go performance system that Carlo and I personally made sure I'm 100% satisfied with.

Pricing is the last thing we will be completely sure of but a rough estimate is between $275 and $350. We would like to hold off on pictures for now since we are running prototype systems and the final look will differ. Our "goal" for release is 30-60 days but we would prefer not rush things as we want the release to go as smooth as possible so please be patient --it will be worth the wait!

We will also have a runryder ad up once the units are available for purchase.

Btw, anyone interested in flying the Probar or just interested in trying flybarless could get a chance on my 600n at Huntsville. I am going to try to let only those experienced pilots give it a try to see what it's really about. If you would like to buddy box I run a x9303.

awesome to hear! Will setup up and support for this product be much easier than the v-bar? I had a v-bar and there were many things I didn't know until one of my buddies pointed it out to me.

Put me on the list too... already tried CSM flybarless but would like something smaller and with way less interconnecting cables!

Btw, is it a 2- or 3-axis (tail) system?

The probar rocked at Huntsville!

Looked like Carlo and the team definitely knew their stuff and I'm sure they're going to go far with the final production version. I can't wait to try one myself on the Stratus.

ProBar

This thing is going to be the best out there just like the spartan gyro is. very small and very good. Eric had this thing going before he went to huntsville and it was smokin hot. His stratus was really rockin big time, The boys did a great job with this new toy. It is not much bigger the the multigov.

Can't wait to see it. I just got my first flights in with my new V-bar today, and now I want all my helis to be flybarless, but I can't afford the $1400 for 2 more V-bars.

Man thats way to much........

I will put the probar on my X-Treme 50 when it comes out......this is going to be sweet.

You should of seen the power increase of his stratus......it went up like 15% easy with the fly bar gone. Man it was fast and smooth.

The power increase was the biggest thing I noticed with my flybarless 600n. It's a huge difference.

Hello All

Mark Ryder took an awsome shot of Eric's Stratus laying it down during the noon time raffle. Definitally a sharp looking heli!

Enjoy
