Hello-
Dusted off my eco 8 Jet Ranger today. Been on the shelf for about a year with a cracked metal frame. I put the plastic frames back on and took her for a spin on Christmas day. Man I love these Eco's. Just the right size to transport and handle a windy day. Oh yeah, motor is an H8, with Ikarus white fiberglass flatbottom blades, and Thunderpower 3S 4000mah Lipo. I used the tail boom supports because the plastic frames flex a little.

I miss my eco8. This was the heli that improved my flying skills. It so stable in flight and so easy to transport. I learned to do nose in and actually fly full circuits in full control I at one point had 4 of the eco 8's One was fully blinged out (carbon frame, full metal head, ms 470 carbon blades, metal tail, and much more) on 4s and it was a rocket ship. The eco 8 was so relaxing to fly around and I regret selling them all. Just spare parts cost too much.

Must have more POWER!

I still have one of your ECO8'S...still "love it"...it taught me how to fly. Blinged it out a little with the metal head, went through about every extra part you gave me and even had to purchase another kit after a pretty bad crash, BUT the ECO lives !

I'm now also flying a Hurricane 550...man what a difference in head speed with 6s batts...makes the ECO seem like it's in reverse, but for gentle fun flying the ECO still is a nice Heli.

Hope all is well with you and you are getting in plenty of flying.
