| I tried something like that a long time ago. I thought it would make the heli fly faster. It was a bit faster, but actually, it was only good for making noise and turning left.

The crazy thing had a Rossi 65 turning NHP 550's. It could pull 14 deg of pitch and the motor would still over-rev. The ducted fan was really loud. I remember getting in trouble for test running it inside a Motel 6 room, while trying to prep it for a fun fly (it was raining outside).
And no, they don't "leave the light on" for me anymore.  |
