My wife is making me wait until after xmas to spend the money on one I could have bought 2 this weekend cheap. the esmart for 375 just need batteries and there is trex 600 for 350 right now that will be sold tonite for sure needs servos and gyro.... If I could sell off my cp's I would have cash in the PP account and just buy and hide it... like a good heli guy does..

Slider, I hate to admit it to you but there is no way in hell the TREX forum is DEAD. It's probably the most active category on RunRyder, 211,782 . The eflite is dying but still has a bunch of guys trying to get that tail to hold better 47,388. The ESKY category is brand new and has 4147, not to bad. Venom Air Corps 628 !

thats venom air corpse! I lower the voltage with a zener diode regulator on the dd tail to 7.2 and retard the motor timing and run a smaller prop on the BCPP then the motor will last longer. But now the tail wont hold so Im gonna do dual tailmotors in series to lower voltage add a potentiometer for voltage adjust then the heli is too tail heavy moved the battery forward now the heli wont lift off the ground more than a foot.

Thats funny cause it's true, nice electrical lingo tryan, I actually had very good luck with the DD tail but the thing was so God Damn squrilly and unstable, well you know !!!!!

I had good luck for a few weeks with a DDtail went out one day 92 degrees then all of a sudden Im piroing gave full rudder slowed it down and dropped it I guess it was my first AUTO. then I waited for a month to get another one and it blew a week later.

And I bet you can guess what i did next.

Oh and I am a wee bit more intelligent. I used common terms. I left out stuff like EMF Electro magnetic field, inrush current, line conditioning, power factor, efficiency, spark gap, carbonization, skin effect, armature winding, you get the boring dry humor I try to leave the geek side at work.
