Interesting to know that the lama 2 parts fit on the CX - I've been wondering that too, as I have a CX2.
But the v4 seems to require different parts than the CX2. For one thing, the blades grips alow the blades to break free if they hit something, like the blades on my bcp, whereas the CX2 blades are fixed in place and have different rotor heads.
So I'm wondering if the parts you swapped are functionally the same or not? And if not, it seems like maybe you could build the Lama 2 or CX2 parts onto the lama v4...
Regardless, this is actually for my brother and he ordered lama 4 replacement parts anyway. 
The thing flies pretty well! I like the CX2 setup a little better, but not much of a real difference in flight characteristics. |
