| Just been advised of this thread, and think a few things need correcting. Firstly, the company name is Diamond Helicentre Ltd, not Bergen or anything to do with Bergen. Yes we have a web site which is www.bergenhelicopters.com, but this is a throw back to when Multicom Helicentre (our former name) was the UK importer for Bergen RC helicopters. The web site has been retained because it is listed in so many places and it is taking an age to advise all these sites of the new web site details (www.diamondheli.com). We have no wish to be associated with Bergen RC, company or products and our old web address will be killed off at somr point in the future. With regards to the design, the Katana drawings have been up on our web site for at least 18 months, and most of the drawings where around 6 months old then if not more, which by my reckoning, puts our layout before the Aurora ever broke cover. I'm a little confused how we can be accused of copying a product which didn't or indeed still doesn't exist. As for frame design, that is something that forms once you have all your components designed, and laid out in a position which gives you the desired C of G. Therefore the frames became a dot to dot off a Solidworks assembly drawing. As for originality of design, the mechanical parts are all original and utilise parts which currently are not seen in the RC heli arena, which will become apparent when the heli is seen in the market place. Oh, one last thing, it's always good to see your useful comments Chris (bergen). I must have really wrankled you when I mentioned your piss poor quality, but what the heck, the truth can hurt.
