Found these while browsing around YouTube. He has 6 different setup videos. Likely not very interesting for council members or anyone who is past lift off. But for the noobs its not a bad starting point.

You think those are good their was a guy who did full vids of the Bladecp about 6 from setting uo the radio gear turning over the tab to remove throttle ratchet all the way to hovering.

I used to have it on DVD it really helped me when I started.

My favorite videos are from Finless Bob. Most are for *cough* a more main stream heli, but the info is universal.
