all shafts are new + all bearings
new black nhp blades (are ok)
tailblades hasn't changed and were not damaged (shaft has changed)

A few ideas...

You have probably checked all this, but:

Are the pulleys running true ? ie, maybe one has developed a twist. I have never seen this but it could cause a problem.
Maybe the engine alignment has shifted ?
Perhaps a frame has cracked that you haven't noticed (unlikely). Or maybe the crank has got itself bent (very unlikely)
Are all the flybar guides in good order ? Maybe one has broken or split that you didn't notice.
Paddle alignment OK ?

Good luck - sounds like a horrible problem to track down

Your headblock is possibly damaged. I had this problem before, I changed every considerable rotational parts in the chopper before I figure this out. Remove your headblock and dial it in with your new shaft on a lathe or V-block to see if it out of round.

Good luck!

Hi,

I had also problems with vibrations long time ago. The vibrations in my case were always connected to the tension of the main belt and the allignment of the engine. The tollereances of the main belt are a problem with the old delrin main pulley (the belt ran "on" the pulley). All my problems where fixed when I changed to the new carbon pulley. The NT now is running much smoother.

Another source of troubles might be the M4 Bolts which holded the tail blade grips in the early versions of the NT. Might they be bent or do you already have the latest centerpiece for the tailrotor?

Third source of vibrations can be the 4 delrin pieces which allign the flybar mount. If there is to much space/tollerance (what is the right word for the german "Spiel"???) the rotorhead also behaves somehow strange. I also would check the shafthole in the centerpiece. In one of my crashs the shaft broke and deformed the hole, so that it was no longer round.

Regards

Christian

hello

i found out what was wrong,

the engine must have been a little out of balance (allignment), i removed it and unscrewed the ventilator & clutch and refit it, i also changed the bearing who was nearest the engine

after this the vibrations were gone

the headblock was still ok

thx for the tips,
