I haven't tried the Carbons by Esky that were made for the King, but I have tried the carbon blades made for the Esky CP2 which is the same size as Eflites Blade CP. Each blade is 1 inch shorter than the stock King woodies and they are very well made. The shorties will give you quicker cyclic response but a little less lift. I have also used Align 315 carbons and those are also nice but you have to cut off an inch and seal the end so the blades don't strike the tail rotor(I hate when that happens). If I were you I would try the carbon blades by Esky made for the KING 2, they are 29. bucks I think.

I was concerned about the quality of the Esky carbon blades but I think I'm going to give them a try. I've always used Radix on my 50s and 90s but they don't make a blade that small

I'm not 100% sure but CF is a composite and usually is made in a mold. I would guess they would all be good or all be bad and Ive never heard either so they must be OK.

I do know there is a big difference in quality of the larger CF blades made by different manufacturers. I guess I'll be the guinea pig and give them a try.

I have a set of Helimax 275mm white carbons, very nicely made blades!, balance was perfect!, I had some HB King black carbons too, I found them really hard to see when spinning, they almost disapeared!

Be careful I've heard if you use red loctite on your nuts you wont be able to get them off.

That is true, use it on the small nuts only, not the HUGE ones!!

Been using Esky carbon blades and am happy with them. They track better than the white wood blades, but they're on the pricey side.

I fly the Esky CF'rs also and they work great, so far no balance or tracking issues..

Tryan, I am positive they would work very nicely. The CF blades are not much heavier than the woodies , if at all. I think you might also be pleasantly suprised with even more consistant tracking. The King woodies are O.K. ,my friend Mark still uses them, however we found that about every other pair has one of the two blades with a slight bend in it. A slight bend surely must affect tracking to some degree. The carbons although more expensive are perfectly straight. You are hardly ever crashing now, give yourself a Christmas present, I would buy them for you but my current PayPal balance is at 0.
