Actually, I only implied that I would leave my models at home.

With only 4 flying Schluter helis, my collection is going to pale in comparison to the travelling museum that will be there. But it will be nice to make comparisons in technology, etc...


My addiction would not let me be without helis that long.

I too only was joking ,,being a field rep I need a few new birds there ... but I have nothing even close to flying in the oldie area ( I have a couple in the bin though ) ... but I sure want to drool over and talk oldies

Dubro 505 ,, and a concept SE ,, and drooling over a Shulter cheynne , trying to come up with the money for that one .Don't really want the mechanics ,,just the fuse .
I did have a Dubro Tri star ,,but couldn't find enough needed parts and ended up selling it to a guy that had more parts than I did .

The Dubro 505 is a must bring, flying or not!!! I know of at least one that will be there flying. That would be cool to have a second one there.

i am planning on the mini-boy ,the kavan ranger, the gazelle, and either my kavan allouette or the super heli-baby which every is easier to finish probably the heli-baby i still need a canopy for the allouette iam going to get the toothed belt set ordered soon for the heli-baby for me and for james

My 505 is partcially assembled and I could bring it along as a see what is under the canopy display version .I have not done anything to it since buying it and it set in someones basement and needs to be derusted ... but I will bring it along.

Hirobo Falcon 555 or?

Vintage Hirobo Falcon heli. (555 or?) Collective pitch, 48" rotor span, 4 futaba servos,(missing 1) older futaba rate gyro FP-G132, Hobby Shack Aero Sport 6 channel receiver 72.320 MHZ. It has an OS MAX 45 engine. Engine runs good. No radio. To many projects. no body. Does not appear to have been wrecked or crashed. This heli will fly with a little maintenance and tinkering. A great source of parts or fix.

That looks like the GMP cobra .40 -.50 bird to me ???

Then again which came first ...as they both had the same parts on them kind of .... does it have a canopy ????

I think it's a falcon

red frames, belt start, earlier rotor head and hiller paddles. This was the precursor to the GMP stuff.
