Just picked one up the SAS. I plan on running (2) 3s 2200mah Air Thunder and Kong Power lipos. My motor is the Hyperion H3025-10 With a 19T pinion. I got the kit with the standard servos so I know this is overkill but I had 3 JR 8717 servos laying around so that is what I will be using on the cyclic. I had to dremel the frames a bit to make them fit because they are a bit larger than the regular servos. On the tail I am using the LogicTech 6100 combo.
I can't wait to fly this. Blades will be the Rotortech 430s and 68mm cf tail. I upgraded the head and tail to the full CNC.
I can't wait to get this baby flying.

sas is the better frame..imo.. i have the sah..hitec servos are too weak...i'd like to get the sas frame,,helidirect don't sell them anymore..

hi,,i just ordered this kit,, i could not pass up the price for one,hope it is a good flyer, so,,you can run 2- 3cell packs in it ? 22v ? as long as you get a motor and esc that can run 22 v right? ,, i have 3 hitec 5985 dig servos that are 175 oz torque and .13 speed @6v--should be good enough-right?
