Since the manual doesn't have much info on link lengths, I wanted to post the current link lengths I am using.

These measurements are center of link to center of link:

Pitch servo: 24mm
Aileron servo: 34.1mm
Elevator servo: 32mm
Rudder servo: 180mm (might be slightly off, as my calipers only go to 150mm. I had to do 2 measurements on this one)

I might end up changing these lengths slightly later, as I am going to move the link in a hole on the servo arm to make it more 90 degrees with the swash.

I also measured the linkages on the head, in case I (or someone else) needs to rebuild it. These numbers are start of link to start of link, i.e. the amount of metal rod between the ball links.

Straight connection swash to blade: 11.2mm and 10.8mm
L-shaped connection mixing arms to flybar: 7.5mm and 7.8mm

As you can see some of the links have different lengths with each other, when they should be the same. This is probably the reason the blade tracking is slightly off on my 200. I'll shrink the longer of each link to match the shorter, and that should get the blades in perfect track .

I never use link lengths other than as a rough guide to get started.

I just start at the bottom and work up adjusting each link as needed, using the Finless CCPM setup method. Works perfectly, IF you follow the steps in order.

On my EP100 (now for sale) the upper links were all off and had to be adjusted.
