hi whattheheli

it is looking good , all the linkages look nice and straight , every thing looks centered , have you flown it yet? , do you know what pitch range you have , i see you used the bases from the old landing gear to mount your new gear , good idea , very resourcefull , keep us posted , dana

hi whattheheli
is that a CC P-25 , all the newer ones have a 3 amp bec , i would think it would be fine to run your servos , i know a few years ago the P-25 becs were on the small side , but i thought they addressed it , i am just thinking you could save yourself the trouble of running an external bec , dana

It looks nice. My question is, and no disrespect intended, It appears that you did the CCPM upgrade so I would ask why you did not go all the way with a full metal head.

It would seem benificial to put in the aluminium see-saw and flybar assy. as well as the upgraded rotorhead. I can honestly say that when I did that the heli really had a nice feel to it then. Things seemed tighter and more responsive.

Just my opinion. I am waiting for my CCPM conversion to arrive. I will attempt to takes some pics and upload for your viewing pleasure.

just one observation

seems like there is a lot of wear on the leading edge of your main gear, which indicates that your motor may be too tight against the gear..

What's the little gyro on top? Cute bugger. And about the wear on the main gear: Mine always looked that way, too, even with good backlash.
