I found with the manual pumps you need to make sure all the fuel is out of the pump. In other words, after you fuel your heli, crank the pump in reverse so that any fuel left in the lines or in the pump goes back into your fuel can/bottle. I went through three of them until I started using the above method. Have now had the same pump for probably six months without issues.
