Cool, couldn't make it, but found the time to go fly my heli and yak.

I'll be at the SCHC field tomorrow. Planning on getting out of my comfort zone.

Bring it if ya got it...

Dude, my Scorpion motor is a power hog. My FlighPower's are too much toast from the past to even be able to fly good with that motor. Jason put his Kong Powers in my Mini-Titan and it flew pretty sick with him flying it. Though, battery did get to 150 degree's hot. Motor was only like 110 degree's. I need to figure out what new packs to buy now.

BTW, the flight with the Kong Packs did go for 4 minutes at 3100rpm's till it ran out of juice.

Hey Mike, yep, the HK2221-6 run for 4 minutes max on a 3s 2100 pack. I'm gonna have to get a 2500pack so I can fly for at least 5 minutes now. I'll have a vid in a bit of how sick this motor is.

BTW,

Here's Tim Jones making this big Trex 600 fly around like if its a 450!!!!! u need the special YS50 motor for it to fly like this. I've never in my life seen a 600 fly this extreme. Even watching video over and over again, I can't believe my eyes.

Jim Graham closed our thread on RCG. Kind of figured that was where it was going.

Guys please don't feed the trolls here. Don't even respond to them.

I am really sorry for the guys that came to the field today and after that had to leave because of a baseball game. I didn't contact the field manager to arrange the schedule and the baseball season began out of my knowledge.

I will have a reliable schedule soon for you guys but maybe we can not fly every Sunday like we could before.

Sorry guys...

Hey guys, that SoCa Rotor Club field is really nice to fly at. Its probably the best field yet I've used besides Arbor Park. You do need AMA Insurance to fly there though. I love the grass there.

I think I might be going back there to fly to start doing harder 3Dz. I finally did side ways type flips from one side on the left of the field all the way to the right. It was soo much easier than I though.
