I was curious what everyone out here is using for ball link screws. The little self tappers are too short, and I had a couple pull out of the servo wheels. I read a thread, I believe someone was using align screws, but he said they were a metal threaded screw that he had screwed into plastic. I'm not too sure about doing that. Does align or anyone make a threaded screw that the ball would screw onto it? May have to go with a longer self tapper. I would like to hear what you pilots are using.
Thanks!

I use machine screws, and tap the plastic wheels. Just pick up a Dubro 2mm tap and drill set from LHS or online.

I was thinking of going with a threaded screw with a nut on the back for the servo wheels and mixing arms. The balls on the seesaw and washout arms I'm thinking would have to be abit longer self tapper screw. Maybe some kind of a compound on the self tapper to hold better, and locktite on the screws with nuts.
