I have added more information on the web site Rockcopter 2008 Event about this contest. There is a list of pilots for Master’s Class at this point.

I hope to have the unknown maneuvers and rules on the site by next Monday.

Here is a little more information.

The Competition will be

50/600 Masters
50/600 Advance
500 Masters
500 Advance

There will be 2 flights a day pre pilot.
One flight to music of pilots chooses.
One flight to unknown maneuvers. Pilots will know all maneuvers before coming but will not know which ones will be preformed that day.

I just want to let everyone know that you do not have to fly a Align helicopter in the contest.

In the 50/600 Class you can fly any 50 size nitro or 600 size electric helicopter from any manufacture.

In the 500 size you can fly any 500 electric from any manufacture.

Any pilots that want to register for the Fun Fly needs to get there pre-registration is soon.

It is about a 15 min drive from the MGM Hotel.

Thinking of comming to watch the competitions, what day would be best? Are there going to be a "finals" or "victory flights" on Friday or Thursday? Also will there be a fee as a spectator to come watch the competition?

The finals are on Friday. There is no cost to come a watch.

If anyone want to fly a the fun fly needs to get there pre-registration form in.

mmmm I have never flown to music, i think i don’t have time to practice for this event....

Maybe if the competition was 100% 3D freestyle i may go…..
