| one of the things i would check first is make sure the mechs are tightly secured to the floor of the fuse and if it is braced up top[, check that too. i like to rigidly mount my t/r gearbox to the fuselage at the end of the fiberglass boom too. double check the balance of the main and tail blades and make sure the main mast and feathering shaft is straight. the slightest bend in the feathering shaft will cause shakes, even if it is just a slight one too slight for the eye to see. if in doubt about it, replace it with a new one. if all that is well, then there may be a flaw in how the mechs is mounted.
