I've read the CSM setup and the Probar can make the whole heli twitch when stopping from flips and doing fast transitions (including the tail).
And using blades that are too light and stiff can encourage bad vibes. V-Blades vs TT Blades.

I've also read with an MPM setup (no cyclock) the heli can wobble in piro maneuvers as the gyros don't 'talk' to each other. (And they do in the V-Stabi)?

I'm also surprised that the gain has to be very low to avoid the 'Raptor Nod' when pausing in flips.

It all sounds like another steep heli curve! But it also sounds like the necessary tinkering is putting the hobby back into it (for me at least). Every time I build a heli (all e-helis) they're trimmed and tracked within two flights then get shelved until the I've got tome to practice flying: I never really make adjustments.

Have you made any changes and been surprised at the results, or had no bad motions from new and only improved it?
